Refund Policy

Understand our refund process and terms for purchased products

Information about the current Shop Status Can be found on the discord server:

In the anouncement Chanel.

Read that Chanel and enable notification to get updated to issues, fixxes and other things.

Refunds under 5€ will be refunded as Customer Balance.

Stripe refunds can take up to 10 days till you receive the Money.

I do not have to refund when there was an anouncement which you didn‘t read/ignored.

I will ping everyone on the Server to make sure you will get a notification.
